Nushka Marinova

I am a Doctor in Clinical Psychology, helping people reconnect with themselves through nature-based, trauma-informed therapy. My journey from Bulgaria to the UK and now the Netherlands taught me what it means to build a life across borders – the feeling of not belonging, the conflict of values, but also the fascination of multicultural wisdom and ways of experiencing the world.

I have worked across specialist services including refugee trauma support, psychiatric care, children’s services and cancer psychology. I’m specifically trained to support persistent and complex mental health difficulties in a holistic way.

I also offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults and young people with ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences, welcoming both diagnosed and self-identified clients.
